Can be a guide through all the complex steps of the buying process. *Proactive. Stays one step ahead of the game (inspections, responses, document prep) *Is not a salesman. Being in sales personally, the mark of a great salesman/woman is never having to “sell” anything a day in their life. Those who push sales are simply putting their own personal needs ahead of being the supplier of what their customer truly needs.
